Milford, OH
Milford, ten minutes down the Little Miami from our Loveland office: Old Milford, Miami Township and the Route 28 corridor. Milford is older than most of the east side: the city's median home was built in 1964 and about 68% of homes predate 1980 (Census ACS 2019-2023). Old Milford along Main Street has wood-frame homes with original sashes and storm windows, while Miami Township and Day Heights add 1970s and 1980s ranches and two-stories with aluminum and vinyl double-hungs.

Mason, OH
Mason and Deerfield Township, fifteen minutes north of our Loveland office: newer subdivisions with a lot of glass. Mason is one of the newest housing stocks we serve: the median home was built in 1996 and only about 21% of homes predate 1980 (Census ACS 2019-2023), with 81% owner-occupied. That means large two-story homes with two-story foyer glass, transom windows, vinyl or fiber-cement siding and three-car concrete driveways across Deerfield Township and the subdivisions off Mason-Montgomery Road.
