- Height: ground-floor glass versus two-story, foyer or roofline windows
- Divided-light or storm windows, which are detailed pane by pane

How to prepare for window cleaning
Move anything fragile off window sills and pull blinds or curtains back. For interior work we need access to each room; pets are fine as long as doors can stay open while we move through.
