What happens if it rains on your service day
If it is raining on your service day, we usually still clean, since our pure-water system is fine in light rain. For heavy rain, storms, ice or snow, we move you to the next open day at no charge.
What the guarantee does not cover
- Interior glass, screens, tracks, gutters, and pressure, soft or house washing
- Sprinkler spotting, construction dust and pollen
- Hard-water stains that were already on the glass
- Anything that happens after we leave, other than rain or snow spotting within the 3 days

Fully insured, certificate on request
Infiniti Home Services is fully insured with $1,000,000 per-occurrence general liability coverage through Next Insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.
