Who arrives
A uniformed crew in a marked van
You will see our white van with the ladder rack and our crew in blue Infiniti shirts. James, the owner, still works many jobs himself; you will find his name throughout our Google reviews.
Shoe covers on indoors, or shoes off if you prefer. Ladders go up with standoffs so they rest on the wall, not the gutter, and screens are set down on a cloth, never on the lawn.

How to prepare, service by service
Exterior Window Cleaning
Unlock gates, move patio furniture a few feet back from the house and turn off sprinklers the morning of the visit so the glass dries clean.
Interior Window Cleaning
Clear window sills and move small furniture away from windows. Let us know about any rooms that are off limits or glass that has a crack or seal failure so we can work around it.
Pressure Washing
Move cars, planters and grills off the surface. Close windows near the work area and make sure an outdoor spigot is on. Pets should stay inside during the wash.
Soft Washing
Close windows and doors, bring in pet bowls and toys, and point out any plants you are especially careful about so we can cover and rinse them.
House Washing
Close windows, move grills and furniture away from the walls and unlock side gates. Let us know about any loose siding, cracked caulk or outlet covers that are not weather-tight.
Gutter Cleaning
Move cars out from under the roofline and unlock gates. If you know a downspout drains underground, point it out so we can check that it flows.
Screen Cleaning
Nothing special. If a screen is already damaged, tell us so we can handle it gently and point it out rather than make it worse.

The walk-through and the guarantee
The crew walks the finished work with you (or sends photos if you are out), points out anything they noticed such as a failed window seal, a loose gutter hanger or cracked caulk, and only then invoices.
3-Day Rain & Snow Guarantee: If rain or snow spots your exterior windows within 3 days of your cleaning, we come back and re-clean that glass for free. If something else is not right, call or text and we come back.

Questions people ask before the first visit
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work: windows, pressure washing, soft washing, house washing and gutters are all done from outside, as long as gates are unlocked. For interior window cleaning we need access to each room.
How do I get a quote?
Written quote by text or email within one business day; on-site estimates for larger jobs. Send your address and what needs cleaning by text, the form or a call, and we reply with a written price.
What about pets and kids?
Pets should stay inside while pressure or soft washing is going on, and away from open doors during interior window work. Kids are welcome to watch from inside; the crew will say when an area is wet or a ladder is up.
What if it rains?
If it is raining on your service day, we usually still clean, since our pure-water system is fine in light rain. For heavy rain, storms, ice or snow, we move you to the next open day at no charge. And under our 3-Day Rain & Snow Guarantee, if rain or snow spots your exterior windows within 3 days of the cleaning, we re-clean that glass free.
How do I pay?
We invoice after the walk-through and you pay once you are happy with the work. Ask when you book if you need a specific payment method.
Will you be in and out of the house?
Shoe covers on indoors, or shoes off if you prefer. Interior work is done room by room with drop cloths down, and the crew will tell you before moving anything.
