Pressure Washing
Concrete, brick and hardscapes collect algae, mildew, oil and ground-in dirt. Pressure washing removes it and brings driveways, patios, walkways and stairs back to a like-new look.

What affects the price of pressure washing
Every quote is written for the specific job. These are the things that move it up or down:
- Square footage of concrete, pavers or wood
- Surface type: concrete takes more pressure than wood or pavers, which need lower pressure and more time
- Oil, rust or tire-mark stains that need pre-treatment
- Access to water and the layout (driveway, patio, steps, retaining walls)
How long it takes: A standard two-car driveway takes one to two hours. Decks and patios depend on size and condition; a weathered deck is slower because we lower the pressure to protect the wood.

Why regular pressure washing matters
Algae and mildew make hard surfaces slippery and shorten their life. Cleaning improves safety and appearance, and prepares surfaces for sealing or staining.
When to schedule: Spring and early fall are ideal, when temperatures let surfaces dry quickly.

How to prepare for pressure washing
Move cars, planters and grills off the surface. Close windows near the work area and make sure an outdoor spigot is on. Pets should stay inside during the wash.
Shoe covers on indoors, or shoes off if you prefer. We walk the finished work with you before we leave.

Commercial pressure washing
Sidewalks, dumpster pads, drive-throughs and entry walks are cleaned before opening or after close. We can set a recurring schedule so gum, grease and algae never build up.

Pressure Washing and house washing in one visit
Washing the house first lets the runoff hit the driveway before we clean it, so the concrete is done last and stays clean.
Full exterior wash to remove mold, algae, dirt and cobwebs from siding and trim.

What customers say
★★★★★“Their service was excellent from booking to payment. The associate, Ben, arrived on time and was polite and industrious. Our windows are sparkling clean, both inside and out, including every nook and cranny. Ben replaced all of our screens even better than they were before.”
