Official weather, housing and water data for our service area, and what it means for window cleaning, gutters and exterior washing. Every number is taken from the cited primary source (NOAA climate normals, the Census Bureau's American Community Survey, the City of Cincinnati's canopy assessment and Greater Cincinnati Water Works) and each page says when it was checked.
Why a cleaning company publishes local data
The questions we hear most on quotes have local answers: when it is dry enough to wash a house, why glass spots after the sprinklers run, how fast gutters fill under the tree canopy, and how old a home is likely to be in a given town. We looked the numbers up so we could answer properly, and we publish them here so you can check our reasoning. Where a figure is uncertain or comes from a station outside the city, the page says so.
How to use these pages
Each page opens with the headline figure, then the facts or table, then a short section on what it means for exterior cleaning and a takeaway. Sources are linked at the bottom. The hard-water stain guide and the roof cleaning page build on the water and canopy data here.
