Yes. We schedule early morning or after-hours so guests and staff are never disrupted.
Can you clean while the patio is set up?
Yes. Furniture is moved in sections and put back the same way; tell us if anything is fixed in place or fragile.
Do you handle grease stains on concrete?
Grease and food stains get a degreaser pre-treatment before the surface cleaner pass. Old, deep stains lighten but may not vanish completely, and we will tell you which you have.
How do commercial quotes work?
Written quote by text or email within one business day; on-site estimates for larger jobs. For commercial properties we usually walk the site first, then send one itemized price for the whole property, with the schedule written in.
